VIT university is more recognised and has a better NIRF ranking as compared to Andhra University. Therefore, you can go for VIT.

Hi, Andhra University is one of the oldest & accredited by NAAC with an A. Graduation, distance education is very well established, it offers different specialization courses. The Certificate is valid and helpful, so you can go ahead. Hope this is helpful.

The following tables show the Andhra University MCA Course Cutoff 2022 based on APICET for different categories of students. MCA had a cutoff of 254 for general category students in 2022
Category and cut-off order are:
OC- 254
SC- 857
ST- 6455
Based on 2022 cutoff
You can predict your selection in 2023 because it will be the same that it will rise or fall slightly in the ranking.

So, with regard to your query, if you wish to get Andhra University, that too in CSE branch, then you need to score above 3000 rank for the purpose of getting seat. And however, if you are from general category then you need to score above 1000 rank in APEAPCET exam. Hope this helps you!
