Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For NEET PG Round 1 cutoff 2023, the opening rank was 18051 and closing rank was 18051 for the general category candidates under All India quota. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to MD in Anaesthesiology in Dr. Shankarrao Chavan Government Medical College is based on the scores obtained in the NEET PG entrance exam. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

NEET PG Round 1, has been released for admission to the MD courses. As per Baba Raghav Das Medical College NEET PG cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing rank was 20064 for General category candidates in All India quota for MD in Anaesthesiology. MD cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

Yes, you can appear for UPSC because the eligibility criteria for appearing in UPSC exam is graduation from any UCG-approved college and it can be medical or paramedical there is no issue in that.
