All three courses are different specializations. Here, I will try to define all three specializations, so that you may be able to decide which course you are better suited to pursue after class 12th.
Anaesthesia plays a very important role in the practice of medicine. Using anesthesia during the surgical procedures has pros and cons.
Anesthesia enables patients to go through the operation safely without feeling any pain.
It helps the anesthesiologist to carry out operation easily and efficiently.
B.Sc in Neurophysiology involves working closely with patients of all ages to investigate the functioning of the nervous system in order to diagnose and monitor neurological disorders, such as epilepsy, strokes, dementia, nerve and muscle dysfunction, and multiple sclerosis.
Physiotherapy is a Science that helps improve movement dysfunction, and promote functions of the human body and optimal health. This involves assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disease and disability through physical means.

To pursue anesthesiology, one needs a strong background in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. Like any other physician, Anesthesiologists too require a long period of medical training. After 10+2 one has to apply to medical colleges to pursue MBBS degree, admission to which is based on scores of entrance test and marks of plus two. Next step after MBBS is one year house surgency followed by M.D in anesthesiology which is usually of 2 years duration.
Besides anesthesiology, an anesthesiologist must also study cardiology, critical care medicine, internal medicine, pharmacology, and surgery. An anesthesiologist may choose to specialize in a particular field, such as neuro surgery, cardiac and thoracic surgery, maxillofacial surgery and so on. They need to continuously update their knowledge and skills through professional seminars and continuing educational courses.
