In my experience, B.Sc animation and VFX are better than multimedia because it gives you updated time. It requires less efforts to study.

If your talking about a transfer from one college to another, YES it's highly possible all depends on the agreement reached with 3 parties involved the first being your current college, the second the college that you want to move into and the third party involves you. Hope this helps.

Eligibility to take admission in B.Sc. Animation is 10+2 passed or equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. The students from Science stream are preferred. Having a good score in the previous qualifying exam
The admission process for this course varies from institutes to institutes. The admission for most of the institutes is based on the candidates score at the 10+2 level or equivalent examination.
