Hi, scholarships are offered both by the universities/colleges and also by many sponsoring organizations. Depends on the country specifically. If you have narrowed down your college or university choice please visit the websites for financial aid information. Typically they are on merit basis, meaning it's competitive and based on your profile. Sponsoring organizations such as Global Study Awards, Aga Khan Scholarships can also be considered.

See, there is no such good college for this course in Saharanpur, but yes you can opt for the same course in Delhi.

Hi, It is up to you which field interests you more. If you wish to become a software engineer or developer or programmer, MCA would be the right course. If you want to be a website/app designer and designing is mainly what interests you, web designing would be a great option then. MCA will basically get you a technical job while web design lands you with a creative job.
