Hi,
If you wish you to make a professional career out of it, do your class 11th and class 12th, say in arts or commerce or Science preferably arts. You could then do a degree course in animation. During, class 11th and class 12th, just to get the hang of it, you may join a summer certificate course. There is a friend of mine, who did Bachelors in sciences and then did post-graduation in animation. So, you can explore and see as to what stage you want to pursue the same.

It is great to know your interest. In my opinion, you have two option. First, is go and start doing a course related to animation, if it is possible for you. And second, is do your job and continue learning in animation on a certain point of time, if it is comfortable leave your job and start doing something in animation field. Best of luck.
