Completing BCA and doing a course in animation has no relation in-between.
While BCA is related to programming logic, maths, calculations etc (Science). The animation is something related to ART. I am not sure why you are thinking of doing a course in animation (better job/career prospects or your interest/inclination).
One thing I will advise is, if you are planning for anything related to arts you should have a strong liking for that art, else you will never succeed or enjoy what you are learning or have learned. So, if you are naturally inclined towards art and think animation is something that really excites you, then you should definitely go for it.

Multimedia is course related to computer in which student learn about text effects, graphics, drawing, audio and animation. This course helps student to learn how to use programming and create interesting material. In India, there are many college which offers study course in this field. According to me, first we have to go through the field experience after doing 2D/3D animation, because after some experience you will get to know that how industry works and what do we want to do.If you want to be a hard core animator then you can work on your own show-reel and portfolio, give some time to yourself, plan your things according to your experience you get from field. If you want to start your own work, take some years of experience of field and make contacts as many as you can and start taking works from other, try to convince your clients for new things and make a proper list of your works with perfect charges according to its detailing and demand in market.
Or else if you are thinking for further courses related to the field or something additional then you can do it after the experience of field properly. You will get an open door after this.
