All 3 has good scope for the right candidate , but normally MBA is proffered after BBA , where as multimedia & animation have scope once you have developed the right skill . Over multimedia i prefer animation and vfx as a better option .

If its directly at the University campus & a full time course , then yes . but if its a course offered by any other institute where the course is recognized or approved by the said university , then may be not. In the second scenario, i would suggest you to join a regular course of long duration , certified by the institute ( definitely check the institute reputation ) & simultaneously complete a regular graduation ( online - must be approved by UGC ) , that will help you to build a good career .
