It has good infrastructure, experienced faculty, and great placement opportunities with companies like Infosys and TCS. The students appreciated modernized labs and campus facilities, however, some found the curriculum could be more recent and hostel life could be cramped. In general, AAMEC is suitable for doing engineering if you want job stability in placement with sufficient support.

Ramaraj who is the Dean of Computer Applications holds a PhD and is known for his research work. The principal, Dr. S. N. Ramaswamy, has a PhD in Structural Engineering and a lot of teaching and administrative experience. Dr. T. Rajesh Kannah from Mechanical Engineering and Prof. A.
