Both courses are good. It depends on your career priority which one you choose first. If you want to teach the students of the primary school, B.Ed is good, but if you are looking for high school and college level then M.Sc is also a good option.

I think placements are not that great for integrated course. You can also send the email to the concerned authorities to get the placements data.

Admission to this course is based on merit following the rules of reservation of the TN State Government. You can apply through online registration and can submit the hard copy of form, at the University.
