You can get admission in some college, but you have to compromise with their placements and their learning process.
But their are numerous source through which you can seek knowledge in cs. Sources like Edx, udemy or many more, you can learn through many books. Knowledge cant be just obtained by colleges it can be obtained through any source. College will just give you degree not education

Hello Pramod Sadekar, CET cell of government of maharashtra has announced that after two rounds of CAP admissions in engineering colleges will be college based. In addition, colleges gave been asked to publish on their website the number of vacancies in each branch.
