Yes, you are eligible for admission in Andhra Pradesh college through Andhra Pradesh eamcetEAMCET but you won't get a fee reimbursement in Andhra Pradesh, but government colleges have very less fee of around INR 10000 so it's not a big deal.

EAMCET tests students on their abilities of speed and accuracy. Basic knowledge from NCERT would suffice. To score above 120, you need to practice mock tests and try to focus more on your speed and accuracy. The more you give mock tests, the higher your chances of achieving your target would be.
