While achieving 80 marks on the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET exam is a good score, there's no direct fee concession based solely on the marks obtained in the POLYCET exam itself.
Fee concessions are typically offered through scholarships or other state government initiatives, and POLYCET scores are used for admission and ranking, not directly for fee waivers.
Fee concessions or waivers are usually offered through state government scholarships and other financial aid programs. criteria including academic performance (like in the IPE or SSC exams) and POLYCET scores.

You scored 77% in class 10th and hold a rank of 65000 in POLYCET. So, you can try to get admission in different Polytechnic colleges in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. The admission is done according to the POLYCET rank. Cutoff ranks may vary with college and branch. Though you might not get into top colleges, you will be able to get admission in some decent colleges. Tuition fees for Polytechnic courses in government colleges are around INR 4,000 to INR 6,000 per annum, whereas in private colleges, it is around INR 20,000 to 40,000 per annum.
