At the center, the candidates will need to provide the following details to make the fee payment - the candidate's name, father's name, date of birth, mobile number, passport size photograph, SSC qualified memo and candidate's signature.

No. Calculators are not allowed in the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET centre. Candidates will not be allowed to take any electronic devices inside the examination centre. All candidates will have to bring in their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET hall ticket and identity proof while reporting at the centre. If the candidates fail to bring their admit card and identity proof to the centre, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination.

• Candidates are advised to report to the exam centre atleast an hour before the examination commences. 
• While reporting to the exam centre, the candidats are advised to present their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET admit card and identity proof.

• Parents/guardians accompanying the candidates are requested to not crowd the centre and to leave the premises after dropping off the candidates.

No. The authorities will not accept soft copies of the AP POLYCET admit card. Candidates will be required to present physical copies of the AP POLYCET hall ticket. Without the hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to enter the centre and attempt the entrance exam. Candidates are advised to download and print out copies of the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET hall ticket as soon as it is made available.

While reporting to the examination centre, the candidates will have to produce their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET hall ticket. Along with the hall ticket, the candidates will have to bring their identity proof. Any one of the following identity proofs can be produced along with the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET admit card at the centre - Aadhaar card/Voter ID/PAN card/Passport/School ID.
