Authorities will share official marking scheme through Andhra Pradesh POLYCET exam pattern. As per official marking scheme, you will get one mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers and no marks will be deducted for unattempted questions. Attempt as many questions as you can to improve chances of scoring more marks needed for admissions into preferred courses and colleges.

The Andhra Pradesh POLYCET exam will have 120 MCQs. 50 questions from Mathematics, 40 from Physics and 30 questions from Chemistry.

Yes. Candidates have to study the entire Andhra Pradesh POLYCET syllabus for the examination. However, students can allot more time towards important topics. The candidates can check the previous years' papers to identify important topics that may have more weightage in the exam.

AP POLYCET syllabus consists of the subjects and topics that are to be studied for the entrance examination. It is to be noted that the authorities do not release the official Andhra Pradesh POLYCET syllabus. However, the candidates are advised to check the SSC exam syllabus, released by the conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh, as it will be similar. Andhra Pradesh POLYCET syllabus consists units and topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Yes, the candidates will be able to pay the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET application fee offline. To make the offline payment, the candidates will have to visit the nearest APOnline/ E-Seva/ Mee-Seva/ Helpline Centers. At the center, the candidates will need to provide the following details to make the fee payment - the candidate's name, father's name, date of birth, mobile number, passport size photograph, SSC qualified memo and candidate's signature.

AP POLYCET application form will be released online. All eligible candidates will be able to fill out and submit the application form of Andhra Pradesh POLYCET before the final date. The given steps can be followed to register for Andhra Pradesh POLYCET.

  • Go to the official website.
  • Click on the application form link.
  • Candidates will have to register using their qualifying exam hall ticket number, 10th standard passing year and date of birth.

No. Calculators are not allowed in the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET centre. Candidates will not be allowed to take any electronic devices inside the examination centre. All candidates will have to bring in their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET hall ticket and identity proof while reporting at the centre. If the candidates fail to bring their admit card and identity proof to the centre, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination.

AP POLYCET admit card consists of the exam day guidelines that the candidates are advised to check before the examination. Some of the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET exam day guidelines are listed below.

  • Candidates are advised to report to the exam centre atleast an hour before the examination commences. 
  • While reporting to the exam centre, the candidats are advised to present their Andhra Pradesh POLYCET admit card and identity proof.
  • No electronic devices will allowed inside the exam centre.
  • Parents/guardians accompanying the candidates are requested to not crowd the centre and to leave the premises after dropping off the candidates.

No. The authorities will not accept soft copies of the AP POLYCET admit card. Candidates will be required to present physical copies of the AP POLYCET hall ticket. Without the hall ticket, candidates will not be allowed to enter the centre and attempt the entrance exam. Candidates are advised to download and print out copies of the Andhra Pradesh POLYCET hall ticket as soon as it is made available.
