Hi Gopi Priya,
You should appear for counselling and on the basis of availability of seats and the cut-off, you might just get a seat in Andhra university. The key to getting a seat is first appearing for counselling which has begun.

No, it is confined only to Andhra Pradesh state and the rank is not considered by the Telangana state, they consider only TSLAWCET rank for admission.
