No, you can't. JEE paper 2 can be taken only by those candidates who have physics, chemistry, mathematics as their subjects, along with meeting other eligibility criteria.

There are three main exams one need to take for taking admission in B.Arch:
JEE - Covers all IITs, NITs and central government funded institutes
NATA - For private colleges and universities across India
State University and private university entrance tests
Before preparing you need to first decide which the target competitive exam for you is. All these three exams have different pattern and marking criteria. Yes, you can get admission. NATA is not mandatory, you can get the architecture college from JEE also.

Every Year, the rank varies depending on the number of students taking up the exam, number of students getting higher grades, and a lot more criteria's so prediction for the same will not be possible, but yes in NATA a score of around 90-100/200 with 80% in class 12th can easily land you in Indo Global College of Architecture merit seat.
