In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre college. Instead of settling down for some mediocre college, it would be better if your try for some good private university. Many reputed private universities are offering B.Arch. No, but this rank will not get a seat in NIT for B.Arch. You can still apply for good private colleges such as Manipal University which takes admissions on MU-OET. Hope it helped.

You'll not get admissions as the last year closing rank for Architecture and Planning was around 3854 for other state students. I would suggest you to go for other better options.

Dear candidate, for taking admission in B.Arch at DITU one should have:a) Minimum 60% marks in X standard & XII standard with pass in Maths (compulsory subject) & qualified in any aptitude test approved by Council of Architecture. (b) 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Govts with 60% aggregate marks with mathematics & qualified in any aptitute test approved by Council of Architecture.

No, in Tamil Nadu, the best college is NIT Trichy and Anna University. For both it is difficult as for NIT, the minimum marks are 75% in HSC and around 4000 all India rank for B.Arch. I would suggest a private college in Bangalore or Hyderabad.

No, you need atleast a rank under 1200 for a seat in even second round for that.
