Oh! What happened? What is causing you to think of discarding engineering and joining architecture course? There is no doubt in my mind that you would get admission in architecture since you have shown that you could get admission in engineering. But believe me, both are almost similar. 4 years courses. You will have to spend four more years just to become graduate. I would strongly advise you to complete your engineering first since you have almost reached half way mark, and then think of doing something different.

A Maters degree in Environmental Science can be pursued if a candidate has a Bachelors in Engineering or technology in environmental or civil engineering. Since, you have a B.Tech degree you automatically qualify to apply for M.Tech in environmental studies. You should also have appeared and cleared the GATE entrance exam. Some colleges and institutes have their own internal exam followed by a personal interview as well.
Regards.

They should a pass degree of B.E./B.Tech. In CS/IT /Biotech/ Environmental Sciences or Master's degree in Programming/ Mathematics/Sciences.
* Hence, its not possible for an ECE graduate to opt for ME/M.Tech in environmental studies. There can be a possibility that some college may offer but the probability is quite low.

USA and Singapore for some of the best architectural programs and skills. You can also consider Germany, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Italy, Canada etc. You have to choose basis your budget etc. You have to see if your profile meets the admission requirements or not. Go through university websites in specific countries, check the requirements, fees etc. and choose.
