it is 80 then you will get a top college.
If 75 then you will get a good college.
If 70, you will get an average college.
If 60, you will get a decent college.
This rule is for general category and candidates belonging to outside state category, for first merit list.

The basic eligibility criteria for B.Arch is 10+2 (senior secondary or class 12th) or equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination from a recognized board/university with a minimum of 50% marks in science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). JEE Mains paper 2, one of the national level undergraduate exams will be conducted for admission to IIITs, NITs, GFTIs and other private institutes for B.Arch and B.Planning degree programs.
The candidates have to qualify JEE Mains paper 2 for admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. While you need to clear AAT (Architecture Aptitude Test) for admission into IITs for B.Arch.
The Duration of this exam is 3 hours.
