Hi, Its a little difficult to get admission in MANIT, but in the OBC Category you may have a slight chance.

Hi Saurav, I am an assistant professor in BGS School of Architecture and Planning, you need to have qualified in either NATA or IIT JEE for admission in BGS SAP, you can contact me for admission into BGS SAP anytime.

Civil and Architecture are two different courses, there is no comparison between the two though the 2 are linked to construction industry.
