Candidates shall be eligible for admission to the first year of the bachelor’s degree programme in architecture or planning if they have obtained at least 50 percent marks in aggregate with mathematics as a subject in the class 12th or qualifying examination.

No, you will not get admission with this score in an architect college.
a score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission in B.Arch in various government colleges.

Sorry to say but it is difficult for you to get admission with this score in an architecture college because above 90 marks are required in NATA to get admission for B.Arch in various government colleges. Also, for NITs and government colleges you need above 300 marks in JEE paper 2.
