Can I get admission for B.Arch? I have scored 132 marks in JEE Mains paper 2 this year and 89.20% in 12th.

Sorry but your rank is too high in JEE paper 2 because above 300 marks are considered for admission in B.Arch in NITs or government colleges. So, there is no NIT available for you, so you should try for private colleges.

Which is the best college for B.Arch? I have scored 99 in NATA and 207 in JEE Mains B.Arch with 4270 OBC rank. I've scored 80% in board.
