Sorry, but your rank 200 is too high in JEE paper 2, because 300+ marks are considered for admission in B.Arch for NITs. So, you should try for any private college.

You scored well. You can definitely opt for a good college in Bangalore for B.Arch. You can surely get placement too. You can look for college like Acharya Narendra Dev College, Reva Institute of Technology and Management and try for Ramaiah Institute of Technology too.
