A minimum of 80/200 in NATA is mandatory and there is no reservation in NATA exams.

Diploma in architecture could be pursued after 10th and after that, you can go for B.Arch.

Hi Shubham,
Your career is always in your hands but according to the present statistics, B.Tech has got a good scope, (again depends upon which branch you choose), whereas architecture has got a future scope in India but of course a lot of time is there for this scope to become present scenario.
According to me, you should go for B.Tech with some good branches like CSE, IT, ECE, civil, etc.
Rest, the decision is yours.
