No, to get B.Arch in NIT, you only need to score in JEE paper 2.

NATA is single window exam used for admissions to first year of 5-year B.Arch Degree course at all recognized institutions all over the country. It is a compulsory exam to do B.Arch from a recognised college.

B.Arch is a 5 years regular course running in Ganga Institute of Architecture & Town Planning approved by Council of Architecture and affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak. All admissions to B.Arch shall be subject to passing of NATA exam conducted by COA and minimum 50% marks in 12th with Mathematics as a mandatory subject. You can register your seat with the minimum registration amount at our office or directly at our campus.

Yes, you can get into a better architecture college. Better way that you try to get in a private college at Bangalore.

Maths is considered one of the most important subject and hence, it will be difficult to qualify the exam with these marks.

Although, board marks are not considerable this year, for NIT-Trichy, you will have to score more than 250+ to get architecture there and yes, NIT Trichy is the best.
