There are only 40 seats available in VIT for B.Arch. There are quite less chances for you to get admission as many students who have high NATA score will be selected.
Cutoff differs every year depending upon the number of students apply.

Hi,
Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once you secure a rank in NATA/JEE paper 2 you will have to submit the marks to DTE Maharashtra to get a rank list and then counseling process will follow based on rank list.

Cut-offs for NATA ranks usually varies a lot in Architecture since it depends on NATA aspirants and number of seats available, an average cut-off rank for L. S. Raheja School of Architecture is around 105-115, you can be sure about your candidature.
