Yes, NATA second round exams being held on 7th July is for admissions to the academic year 2019-20 only.

No, it is not possible for you to get admission in Anna University, as the competition would be really heavy. And, the TN state board students have around 96-99% in PCM. So, it is really difficult for you to get admission.

From the past few years data, cut off has been varying a lot and an average cut off would be approximately around 95 - 115/200 in NATA exams 2019. Good Luck.
