I got 85 percentile in January JEE Mains 2019, B.Arch. Can I get admission in any of the NITs?

Yes, you can get NITs with this score, but I'll prefer you to opt for the School of Planning (SPA) for the B.Arch course as Spans are far better than the NITs.

The total fees for one year is Rs. 2,60,000/-. Security Deposit is Rs. 10,000/- (refundable after the course is over). You can pay the fees in two semesters. Fees for semester one is Rs. 1,40,000/-. I have scored 86 percentile in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 82.2% in class 12th (CBSE). Can I get a seat in Sir JJ College of Architecture?

You should have mentioned your caste category.
So, if I assume you are a OC candidate, then it is unlikely you get a seat.

the admissions in KLE are done on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA)/ JEE part 2 Architecture or any other equivalent qualifying exam conducted by central or state go

REVA University is a private university and have MOUs with many foreign universities. It's upcoming best university in India. Visit both the colleges and choose the best.

It's a pretty good percentile. However, make sure the following things:
1. Your caste. If you fall in reservation you definitely got a chance.
2. CCA doesn't come under the preview of JEE. So, check the JEE website (which means CCA wouldn't come under JOSSA the authority that allots seats)
