Firstly, you need to register for NATA exams/JEE paper 2 exams and qualify in it to seek admission to a 5 year B.Arch Degree course, once the course is completed you become an Architect.

With 78/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exam and 60% score in your class 12th, you have chances to secure admission in good colleges for architecture course and definitely eligible.

NITs are the premier institutions for Architecture course too. In NIT's listed by you, according to ranking order would be NIT Rourkela, NIT Bhopal, NIT Nagpur and NIT Jaipur.

NATA or Council of Architecture does not give ranking. Regional counseling authorities give rankings based on NATA scores + 12th scores. Congratulations, you have a very good score of 157/200 in NATA 2019 exam, I am sure that you will secure admission in very good colleges across India.

First of all congratulations, with 13357 rank in JEE Mains Paper 2 exam and a good score in your class 12th. You can surely secure admission in good colleges across the country. It would have been easier if you could have stated the state/ region, you are seeking to pursue your B.Arch programme. In NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% marks aggregate in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations.
