I think you cannot get admission in current session. For admission, the current session result will considered and as per rules candidate must have passed 12th with PCM with 50% of aggregate marks and 50% aggregate overall marks. However, you can apply for next NATA, scheduled to be held in July-2019.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile we cannot predict whether you can get a good government college or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration.

Sorry to say but you are not eligible for B.Arch because mandatory subjects to appear NATA exam for B.Arch admission is PCM or PCMB with atleast 50% marks and to crack NATA. Earlier in 2018 Arts stream, students with maths were accepted. Now, Science students and Diploma holders are eligible.

The worst university for architecture, especially because of its poor classwork and professors like Anil Bharti, Rakesh Arya, Rakesh Ranjan, Admit Kumar, Vishnu Mathur, Chitkabra Rahul Kukreti, etc. Never even think about it.

First of all, I would like to suggest you don't trust these marketing morons who disguise for some university by asking like it is the best private university or it has proved to be best. Never even think about it. You will regret this decision forever.

According to US News Ranking, Miami university is ranked 96th in the USA. It's engineering and architecture programs are reputed. You can check their website for ranking details.

Yes, you will definitely get a good college with this score. You just need to participate in the counselling process wisely. Choose college and branches very smartly. Apply as much colleges as you can. Go for the third round of counselling also.
