NIT Hamirpur - 38348 with home quota.
According to my calculation, your predicted rank may be 67k approx. So, try for other best colleges.

Candidates can take admission in this course through NATA entrance test and clear the exam the candidates should have an understanding of subjects. Every college or institute has different criteria for admission and moreover state or region have another impact on admission. Bachelor of Architecture: Eligibility
The duration of the course is 5 years and to get admission into Bachelor of Architecture the student must be fulfilled the following conditions:
10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks along with the compulsory subject of mathematics.
10th + 3 years Diploma in any stream from a recognis

You would need a NATA score of 100-120 or JEE paper 2 score of 160-180/390 with a decent class 12th score to get admission in JU.
According to last year cut off,
2013: 1784-5489
2014: 861-4767
They also take admission on the basis of WBJEE rank.

Yes, it is necessary for colleges like School of planning and architecture, New Delhi, IITS, NITS, GFTIs, ICFAI University, etc., these are the top colleges of India. Some other private colleges are there which takes admission either direct or there own university entrance exams such as state level entrance exams as AKTU entrance exam.
