no you can't get admission in civil engineering for lateral entry at any college. if you have done your diploma in architecture only you can get admission in b.arch

You can easily prepare for NATA in a few months, provided you are consistent. Mainly three things are required:
1. Drawing
2. Aptitude
3. Maths

VIT-Vellore, SRM and IPU are the most reputed universities in India for B.Arch.
