No, NATA or IIT-JEE Part 2 is compulsory for admission to the architecture course.

Yes, you have a fairly good chance with the above-mentioned score to get a seat in GGSIPU. If you don't get a seat in a government college, it would be safe for you to get a seat in a private college.
