Our college is approved by Council of Architecture and affiliated with Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Eligibility Criteria for taken B.Arch Candidates may come from the following backgrounds:
50% marks in aggregate in 10+2 or equivalent passed/appearing with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination. Or
50% marks in aggregate in 10+3 Diploma (any stream) passed/appearing recognised by Central/State Government with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination. Or
International Baccalaureate Diploma passed/appearing, after 10 years of schooling with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination. In addition, candidates are required to submit National Aptitude Test for Architecture NATA conducted by COA) exam scores or Joint Entrance Examination main JEE Main paper -2, conducted by CBSE) exam scores for the admission to the undergraduate programme. Yes, you can join. School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers M.Plan with specialisation in Environment planning, Housing, Regional planning, Transport planning and Urban planning. The eligibility criteria for M.Plan is regular BE/B.Tech in B.Arch. / B. Plan. Or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 55% aggregate. The admission are based on performance in GATE/Entrance test and interview. Further CEPT University also offers M.Plan in following as Urban, Infrastructure, Transport system and Housing. The eligibility criteria is Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Technology (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Technology with min. 55% aggregate marks. The short listing of candidates is done on the basis of Academic performance, Work experience, Group discussion and personal interview.

The National Aptitude Test in Architecture NATA measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, I. e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to specific field of study, I. e. Architecture. NATA 2018 is a qualifying examination for admission into the B.Arch degree programme. Reservation is aprerogative of the admission/ counselling authority and does not fall under the purview of this examination. So, reservation will be given by the concerned institution at the time of admission if applicable there.
