SPA is one of the most prestigious institutions in India in the field of architecture.
It is also known as the IIT of architecture, hence, to secure a rank here, one has to prove their mettle.
For your selection in here, you should score more than 260 (as of 2017). This would translate your rank to nearly below 1000, as cut-off here resides between at around 11000.
With the above information, you are not eligible for SPA.

Hello, hope you are doing well.
As I can see, this college was established in the year 2016 and it has been 2 years that this college is providing education service in architecture. So it is very tough to tell you about the good or bad for this college. If you have qualified NATA, then you must go for a government college.

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. Yes, with OBC NCL ranking, you are eligible to get a government college. I would suggest you to try for some NIT, most probably you will get an NIT for OBC NCL ranking, not for CRL rank.
Try for both, first go for NIT. If not applicable, then go for government colleges. Get the last year NIT's cutoffs through their website or through Google.
All the best.

Without being able to qualify in any of the above exams, you won't get admission in the colleges which offer admission on the basis of these two exams, including IGDTUW. I would suggest you go for private universities which have their own entrances.

You need at least (being from general) 75% for admissions into NITs. Though you have an excellent score, still you won't be able to get into NITs. Try for options which have the same reputation and lower boards score criteria.

Hello, hope you are doing well. You should go for NIT Calicut or NIT-K for Architecture with this rank. Else go for some government college; you will definitely get one. Otherwise, you can try for Nirma University, M. S. University, IPS Indore. You will also have a chance in these colleges with this rank.
All the best.

Hello, hope you are doing well.
Yes, you could go for NIT with 22659 rank. You will get one in South region. NIT Calicut, NIT-K are some NITs you will get for architecture. North NITs will be tough to get with this rank.
All the best.

Hello,
I hope you are doing well. No, you are not eligible for NIT with 147 marks in JEE Paper 2. Go for government colleges or some private college like DY Patil College, Nirma University, IPS Indore, MS University. You will definitely get colleges with these marks but you are not eligible for NITs.
