Hi Yash,
Yes, you get admission through JEE Mains paper 2.
Previous year (2k17) my friend got 219 marks in JEE Mains Paper 2 and 81% in 12th from CBSE board and he belong to OBC category, his gen Rank-9243 and OBC rank-3800, still he didn't get any college. So I think for a general candidate score must be above than 270 if board marks are not included.

Hi,
I would just consider previous year scores:
With 205 marks in JEE Mains Paper – 2.
And 96% in boards.
The normalised score came out to be 225.96.
Which gave a rank of 2625.
Getting a score of274in JEE Mains Paper-2.
And 96.6% marks gave normalised score of 272.80.
And a rank of117.
The last year cut off rank in SPA Delhi is somewhere around 930, to get that rank a normalised score of 250 would have been enough.
As from this year boards marks won't be considered, this would lead to increment in raw JEE marks.
So I think 270 would be a good score to get into one of the most reputed institutions of architecture and believe me, if you could man

After getting your JEE Mains paper 2 results, first check in which good college you are likely to get admission. Then in the first week of June, go for JEE counselling, and see whether the college you are expecting, are you getting admission there or not. Even if you have not scored good marks, but you are so desperate for B.Arch then prefer for dropping a year, it might prove to be a life changing decision for you.
After getting your JEE Mains paper 2 results, first check in which good college you are likely to get admission. To take admission in the B.Arch course you have to give JEE Mains paper 2 and also fill an admission form which is available on Jamia's website. The admission is done on the basis of marks of JEE Mains paper 2 not rank. You are in a safe zone if you have marks above 200 for non-Muslim category.

Yes, you can get admission for B.Arch with this score. With 151 you can also get admission in MSRIT, Acharya NRV Bangalore, Dayananda Sagar etc.
