All the content for M.Arch will be from B.Arch syllabus. So any person taking up M.Arch CET can flip through B.Arch text books.

No, but candidates need to have secured minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by the respective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria is to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.

Yes you can, although preferably take a transparent ruler, there are no restrictions as such on carrying a ruler or an eraser.
