In case you don't get your desired college, don't settle for something mediocre college. Your marks are less so you won't get into NIT, though you may have a chance to get into a decent government college. All the best.

No, but this rank will not get a seat in NIT for B.Arch. You can still apply for good private colleges such as Manipal University which takes admissions on MU-OET. Hope it helped.
