Hello Manoj, you need to have a minimum of 60% in 12th exams with maths mandatory. The admission is based on NATA (National aptitude test in architecture) scores only.

Generally, they don't require these, you may always submit them but there is no guarantee how much weightage they will give to it. But you can always upload these when applying.

Yes, of course, how much more time do you need? Prepare for SAT or ACT simultaneously. You will anyways submit your application by the end of 2019, that's how admission deadlines are so sufficient time.
