Yes, there is. No Army Institute of Technology at Pune gives admissions on the basis of AIR of the students given by NTA based on the results of JEE Mains exam. There is no reservation and admissions are purely on merit.

AIT offers 120 seats in Computer Engineering Course commencing in July 2019. Only wards of serving/ retired Army personnel are eligible to apply for admission to AIT. Children from other categories, that is those who are not wards of Army personnel, can be considered for admission only after considering wards of Army personnel. Usually more than 3000 applications are received every year from Army wards.

Hi, Army Institute of Technology at Pune is exclusively for the wards of Army personnel. It accepts students based on ranking in JEE Mains. However prospective students have to register with AIT for admission counselling since it's not part of JoSAA. Best wishes to you.

Here are some facts about IIIT, Bhubaneswar, ENTRANCE PREVIEW
The brand IIIT is itself enough to opt this college. Established by government. Of Odisha it has seen a huge growth in terms of placement and education standard. Being a government. College it has very less strength per branch I. e. 60-70 students per branch which is a also a plus point. And with my score in JEE Mains 2015 I. e. 110/360, this was the best option available for me. FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES

Last year, the rank wise cutoff for CSE branch in AIT Pune was somewhere around 55000. Hostel fee is around 70k that includes charges of around 35k each for hostel and mess.

The application intake will start soon you can check aitpune.edu.in for more information, you need to fill the form for admissions, merit list will be declared around June, most probably you'll get the seat if you satisfy all the other requirements.

Cutoff is not the criteria. It depends on All India Rank, if it is better than INR. 1.2 lakhs, you do stand a good chance.
