Yes, candidates can get admissions into the Army Institute of Technology, BTech course with appearing for the JEE. However, these candidates must appear for the MHT-CET in order to qualify for BTech admissions at Army Institute of Technology.
Appearing for either one of the aforementioned entrance exam is a mandatory requirement for Army Institute of Technology, BTech admissions.

Yes, the degree offered by Army Institute of Technology valid. It is accredited by NAAC with a Grade A. NBA accreditation is given for all UG Programs. It also has approval of AICTE. Having valid associations and recognition, the degree given is also valid and authentic.

Army Institute of Technology Pune is one of the top colleges in India in the field of Engineering. It is accredited by NAAC with a Grade A. NBA accreditation is given for all UG Programmes. It also has approval of AICTE. In 2025 the college got NIRF rank of #201-300 in the Engineering category.

The cutoffs of Army Institute of Technology for the year 2026 are not out yet & will be updated once released by the college. For B.E. programmes the cutoff is released on the basis of the JEE (Main) score. Every year there are changes in cutoffs based on the level of competition, category and the number of seats available

There are 5 departments in Army Institute of Technology Pune. The departemets include Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc. Well experienced faculty members are part of the departments. AIT Pune has 5 departments including Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering & Automation & Robotics Engineering. The institute facilitates various education loan schemes specifically designed for Serving Personnel / Their Wards / Dependents / Sisters. Once the application process is completed, the college checks each form. Students need to upload the correct documents and fill the correct details for their forms to be accepted. After this the college releases the cutoff list. Students falling in the list can proceed for further process of admissions.

The application fee for each streams and levels varies every year. The fee also depends on different categories. Application form is released on the college page. After filling all the details & uploading the required documents, the students need to pay the fee at the last step. Once the fee is paid, the application is successfully submitted.
