ASRB ICAR NET cut-offs are set by the ASRB according to a standardized process. Some of the factors on which cut-off depends on vacancies, and exam difficulty. The number of vacancies is a major factor in determining how many candidates will be able to give the exam. If the number of vacancies is low, the exam cut-off will be lower.
