ATMA Counselling

Candidates who cleared ATMA, can apply for ATMA Counselling by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of ICBM-SBE
Step 2: Click on 'New Registration'
Step 3: Fill in the PI Number
Step 4: Cross check the several details that are prefilled from the ATMA form, including personal and academic details in the registration form.
Step 5: Upload photograph and signature in the specified format and size.
Step 6: Pay the counselling fee via the available payment modes. After successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email ID. Candidates then need to appear for the further selection procedure which includes GD, WAT and PI.

New Delhi Institute of Management accepts CAT/ XAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ ATMA scores for admission to the MBA programme. Candidates who cleared ATMA, can apply for ATMA Counselling 2024 by following the below-mentioned steps:

ATMA counselling is conducted for candidates who have cleared the exam and have secured a rank in the merit list. 

1. The candidate must have qualified for the ATMA exam by obtaining the minimum qualifying marks
2. Candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognised university or institution.
3. The candidate must hold an Indian nationality.
4. The candidate must meet the eligibility criteria for the desired course and college for admission based on ATMA.
5. The candidate must have all the required documents as required at the time of document verification. Candidates who fulfil the above eligibility criteria can participate in ATMA counselling process. Such candidates can apply for admission to various MBA, MS PGDM and MCA courses offered by colleges accepting ATMA scores.

The ATMA counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for ATMA exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview What/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. Candidates who have MET the ATMA cutoff, need to visit the centre for document verification as per their rank and other selection rounds such as PI and What. The seat allotment process is also conducted online based on the merit, category, and choices filled by the candidate during the registration process. The entire ATMA counselling process except the PI What and document verification round is conducted in online mode.
