Sure, ATMA scores are valid for one year it means you can take admission for the colleges upto August 2019. All the best for your future.

A candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree course of three years minimum duration from any recognized Indian university or its equivalent recognized university securing a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.

There are no reservations IN ViT and minimum percent required is 60.

Here is the eligibility criteria for appearing for ATMA exam:
1. The candidate should hold a Bachelors degree or should have qualified in an equivalent examination under 10+2+3 scheme (any stream- BA, B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc). It should be noted that only those candidates who have pursued a course from a University that is recognised by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India are eligible for the exam
2. Candidates who are in their final year of Graduation are also eligible for the exam
