DTE allows ATMA score upto 25 June 2018, and also MAT XAT scores also allowed for admission.

No, it won't be possible as admissions for all the good institutes get over by the second week of July. May MAT would have definitely helped you.

No, 89 percentile is too low. For top colleges, a percentile around 99 is required.
