Yes, you can apply for JBIMS through ATMA scores if the admission process is conducted by DTE. The cut-off for the same is usually around 99.99 %ile.

The approximate cutoff for CET is 98-99% and for ATMA cut off you can visit www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in and PUMBA official website for further information.

CMAT is better exam among these. As more number of institutes accepts the CMAT score than ATMA and XAT. Also, CMAT is easier than XAT. Few colleges only accept ATMA scores. Competition level is high in XAT.
