The minimum eligibility for admission to undergraduate courses is a pass in 10+2 from a recognized board with at least 50% marks in aggregate. The university conducts its own entrance test followed by an interview to offer admission in BA and BBA courses. For MBA, the university accepts a range of entrance examinations such as CAT, MAT, XAT, GMAT, UGAT, CLAT, LSAT, etc. The number of seats in the course depends on the different courses, and it may range between 30 to 60 depending upon the intake of courses.

Mostly universities have 4 to 5 counseling rounds but it also depends on the course you are applying for and the total seats in that course. If they will have less number of seats than counselling rounds can be shortened and depends also on the merit list and your interview. For further information about the detailed counseling procedure would request you to check the college website or shiksha website.
Wishing you good luck
Thank you

Both the Universities are pretty much the same . They both are private universities situated in Gujarat and also established in same year (2011). But I would suggest Uka Tarsadia University in terms of placements. Both the universities offer UG, PG and research program. For UG course the minimum eligibility is 50% in 12th.
Yes UKA university placement and internships opportunities are quite good in terms of placements. If we check the rating of Urka university its 3.8 in terms of placements and 3.6 in Auro University. Top recruiters visit the campus of both the universities offering a good package to all the students.
