Mostly IT companies like TCS and Infosys. The packages we were offered in 2008 was in the range of 3.00 Lacs per annum to 3.75 Lacs per annum. The detailed figures are not available with me now as it has been a long time. The placements are normal basically BPOs indulging in the same authorities of the college to select student with all the stuffs company's come like cognizant Serco or HSBC Accenture giving packages till 5 Lacs as the maximum still basically in the BPO sector only. In terms of placements, SSIM is the best as the average packages are quite good. Finance placements are very difficult to get from these aspects. SSIM is the best one in getting these placements.
