To pursue any PG course you must complete your Bachelor's degree. Australian universities accept 3-year Bachelor's degree unlike US and Canada and are also slightly less competitive. UG score requirements differ with universities, every university have their own requirements. A first class will keep you in a better position in terms of admission and employment after graduation. You must also take your IELTS or TOEFL before admission. An overall score of 6.5 is generally required if you take IELTS.

The eligibility criteria differs with every university. Basically, as an international student you must take TOEFL or IELTS. For most PG level studies an IELTS of 6.5 with no module less than 6 is required.

Hi, 
Your chances in Canada are very less. You may stick to Australia. However, for MBA programs, applicants must hold work experience. You must also take the GMAT or GRE. Consider MS Marketing or MS Business Management programs too. You may still find a few options in Australia. Check this link:

as your marks are very low it will be difficult for you to get admission in Australia.
there are lots of diploma courses you can do from Australia .
