You can pursue further studies in engineering or think about a management degree. You may also consider a PG in engineering management. Hi Gurwinder, yes many colleges will allow you to apply for a Diploma, however you must check the requirements and see that you are not overqualified, check for advanced Diploma or post secondary Diploma programs. These will all be UG level programs. In future if you want to a PG you must still complete your Bachelors.
