You can do PG Diploma or a graduate certificate course in the relevant field of your choice, a specialised course in areas like finance, marketing, human resources, international business, etc. Choose as per your interests.

Dear Karishma,
You need to have a MBBS degree with an above average pass percentage and also need to clear the Australian licencing exam, check out the following link https://www.amc.org.au/assessment/pathways/specialist
You would also need to have a high level of English proficency in terms of IELTS equivalent to average 8 bands.

I suggest you to retake IELTS first or check with various universities for bridge courses in English.Canada will be challenging but you can check University of Alberta, University of Windsor etc.You will have many options in Australia such as RMIT, UTS, etc.
